The Challenge
TatuhaGU.Gov is the hub of the Tamuning Mayor’s Office, a government agency responsible for providing essential services to local residents. The agency, characterized by a medium-sized but dedicated workforce, aimed to modernize its processes to better serve the community.
Previously, the agency’s verification processes were cumbersome and outdated, requiring residents to apply for residency verification in person. This manual system led to long waiting times and inefficiencies that hindered the agency’s performance. Furthermore, there was minimal web presence with no dedicated way to get official news out to the public — except through other channels.
The Solution
Massive Mango Code designed and implemented a full-stack web application, transitioning the agency’s in-person processes online. Residents could now apply for residency verification digitally, while the agency could conduct verification procedures swiftly and securely online. We also built a robust website with a headless CMS to allow staffers to easily post news and pertinent information to the public.
Understanding the paramount importance of such a service for a government agency, our team placed great emphasis on security and user accessibility.
